The 1970's come alive again with this cool beige Western Electric 702 Rotary Princess Phone. This classic is in great condition with the original high gloss sheen and no discoloration. There are few very minor scratches that are visible only on close examination. There is also the usual wear where the handset sits on the cradle. This is about as close to mint as you can get in a phone that has been used for 30 years!. Overall the phone looks GREAT!

An Illuminating Experience!!! What I like most about the Princess Phone is the light that illuminates the touch tone pad and one of the plungers when you pick up the handset. This feature was promoted extensively by Western Electric in their "It's little, It's Lovely, It Lights" marketing campaign. The 702 series of Princess phones come with a wonderful mechanical ringer inside the phone. Your really appreciate the highly audible RRRING that is sure to get the attention of everyone in your household! This phone is a model 2702, and it has been mechanically and electrically checked to ensure that it works like new. It includes a modern modular line cord to facilitate connection to your phone line. The modular handset cord is original and is in great condition. A light transformer is required in order for the illumination feature to work. |
