Oldphoneworks and House of Telephones offer a 14 day hassle free return and exchange policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you can return it for credit, exchange, or refund within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Pack your return very well. Damages and any required repairs will be subtracted from refund.
  • Contact us prior to shipping at 1-800-843-1320 or via email at oldphoneguy@oldphoneworks.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  • Put the RAN on the box.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to a return or exchange.
