Early 2 line telephone with hold. You can answer either line and put the caller on hold, answer the second line and go back and forth as you wish and not lose the callers. The telephone is made of heavy Bakelite with solid brass tuned bells, dial and bands on handset. A different sounding buzzer announces the second line. When the handset is replaced the selector buttons return to their normal position. This telephone is very heavy and rugged. This antique telephone work's on today's modern system.
