We have tested this telephone, it does transmit and receive audio. The ringer needs to be adjusted as well as the dial, as the one is a little slow and the touch tone only works with hard presses. These are meant as a small project for a telephone enthusiast, or as a conversation starter for your home. We do not offer returns on As Is products.

The phone is in great condition, it could use a new handset and line cord to give it that new look. We couldn't find any information on this telephone, so this is your opportunity to own this very rare dual dial set.
