The end of the $800 deminimus exemption means that all shipments to the US will be subject to possible tariffs that will need to be paid by the purchaser to the US government. Due to the administrative requirements, and cost uncertainty that these changes entail, Oldphoneworks is no longer accepting orders from the US. Returned Goods

Oldphoneworks offers a 14 day hassle free return and exchange policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you can return it for credit, exchange, or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

Pack your return very well. Damages and any required repairs will be subtracted from refund.
Contact us prior to shipping via email at oldphoneguy@oldphoneworks.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
Put the RAN on the box.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to a return or exchange.
You may be responsible for a re-stocking fee of up to 20%, returns sent without an RMA number will also be subject to a $15.00 administration fee.
