Fantastic Connecticut TP-6-A - One Cool Phone!
This is one neat phone! The Connecticut TP-6-A was used extensively by the US military during the 1950s. Not only are they built like a rock, they weigh about as much as one too! Electrically, the Connecticut is similar to the Western Electric 302 - right down to the fantastic RRRING that will be sure to get the attention of everyone in your household!
This Connecticut dates from the 1940's and it has an excellent alphanumeric porcelain dial plate that shows virtually no wear. The phone has been completely disassembled, carefully stripped, and then expertly refinished with a high gloss black enamel. The Northern Electric bakelite handset has been lovingly buffed to bring out it's original high gloss finish. As a finishing touch, a new cloth covered handset cord, and a modular line cord have been added to this classic. All components have been fully overhauled and tested to ensure that they will function properly both now, and in the years to come. This wonderful piece of military history carries a one year parts and labour warranty subject to our standard terms and conditions.
